♡ 10 ways to feel happier + announcement! ♡

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’re having a great day. Like I mentioned in my previous posts, I’m still in my carnival break. I’m going back to school tomorrow, but since I had nothing to do today, I wanted to share little ways to feel happier about yourself. Also, I have a little announcement to make at the end of the post. Enjoy!

♡  Do little things for your loved ones♡

Show the people you love how important they are by doing nice things for them. Making you boyfriend or girlfriend a cup of tea in the morning, helping your mom at the house, any little action that show how much you love them will make you feel happy.

♡ Stay organized ♡

This is actually really important. Find a planner and write down everything you need to do, this way you won’t be as stressed throughout the day. Also, give your room a little cleaning, and you will find yourself more focused on your work without all that mess surrounding you.

♡ Make plans ♡

Make all sorts of plans whenever you can. Plan a road trip with your friends, meeting with and old friend, shopping with your mom… Just have something to look forward to everyday!

♡ Stay active ♡

Go out for a jog in the morning, walk your neighbor’s dog, go to the gym… Staying active is not only satisfying, it also helps you stay fit.

♡ Eat healthy ♡

The healthier you eat, the better you feel. Cut all the unnecessary junk food. Having a balanced diet will contribute to a better, happier living.

♡ Take time to relax ♡

Life can be stressful, and sometimes all you need is to relax. Go to bed on time, and make sure you sleep at least 8 hours every night. Take time for a bubble bath every now and then, and try to sneak in a trip to that spa down the street in that busy schedule of yours.

♡ Spend time with your family ♡

With such a busy life at work, and such little time with your friends, it can be easy to forget about your family. But trust me, family time is quality time. Make sure to spend time with your family at least once a week, and it will make you feel a lot better!

♡ Abstract yourself sometimes ♡

Sometimes, you just need to escape from your stressful life. Take the time to read, watch movies and listen to music, and forget about your life for a while.

♡ Be ambitious ♡

To be successful in life, you have to be ambitious and try hard to get to the top. Remind yourself to be useful to the society, and that your work, as little as it is, can and should make a difference.

♡ Stay positive ♡

This is my philosophy in life. No matter how hard life gets, you have to stay positive and believe that you will be fine. Spread your positive energy to the people around you, and make their day.
